Non-common law jurisdiction is an area where non-common law system is used. Compared with civil law, it belongs to one of the two legal systems. To put it simply, Hong Kong belongs to common law jurisdiction, while the Mainland belongs to non-common law jurisdiction.
Applicants must obtain a university degree from a non-common law country (or be accepted by a similar institution for this purpose) or be recognized by a professional legal practice institution from a non-common law country.
