Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 These Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Vocational Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2020, in order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, and in combination with the actual enrollment work of Turpan Vocational and Technical College.

Article 2 These Articles of Association are the main channel for the society to understand the enrollment policies, regulations and related information of Turpan Vocational and Technical College, and the main basis for Turpan Vocational and Technical College to carry out enrollment consultation and admission work.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 8 According to the relevant regulations of the people's government of the autonomous region, the college has a leading group for enrollment work, which is headed by the secretary and the dean and composed of the heads of the enrollment office, discipline inspection, security and other relevant departments. Be fully responsible for college enrollment, formulate enrollment policies and plans, decide on major issues related to enrollment, and organize and lead college enrollment, consultation and letters and visits.

Article 9 The College shall set up an Admissions Office, which is a permanent institution to organize and implement the enrollment work, and be responsible for handling the daily enrollment work.

Article 10 The enrollment of colleges and universities shall be supervised by the third party, and the enrollment leading group shall employ teachers and student representatives as social supervisors of college enrollment. By hiring social supervisors to inspect the test admission site of colleges and universities, the enrollment work is supervised by the third party.

Chapter III Admission and Registration

Eleventh the implementation of the Ministry of education and the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) enrollment policies and relevant regulations.

Twelfth candidates' ideological and political moral assessment should meet the requirements of passing.

The ranking order of single subject scores in general or separate enrollment plans is: literature and history are sorted by Chinese, liberal arts comprehensive, liberal arts mathematics and foreign languages; Science and engineering are sorted by science mathematics, science synthesis and Chinese and foreign languages. The ranking of single subject scores in bilingual or folk language enrollment plan is as follows: literature and history are sorted by Chinese, liberal arts synthesis, liberal arts mathematics and ethnic languages; Science and engineering classes are sorted by science mathematics, science synthesis, Chinese and national languages.

2. If you can't meet all the volunteers and obey the adjustment, you will be admitted to the corresponding major by the colleges and universities; Those who don't obey the adjustment will be dismissed.

Fourteenth students who have been commended at or above the autonomous region level are preferred.

Article 15 The foreign language of public courses in our college is College English. Candidates whose foreign language is not English should apply carefully.

Sixteenth candidates who apply for nursing and normal education must meet the requirements of the health standards for nurses and teachers, with correct facial features, sound limbs and no disability. The height of boys is above 1.60m, and that of girls is above1.50m. ..

Article 17 Admission to colleges and universities directly under Turpan Vocational and Technical College shall be implemented according to the relevant requirements of the Implementation Plan of College Entrance Examination for Colleges and Universities Directly under Turpan Vocational and Technical College in 2020.

Article 18 The admission of candidates with policy bonus points shall be implemented in accordance with the principles stipulated by the Ministry of Education, and the bonus points policies and admission regulations formulated by the admissions committees of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government where the candidates are located shall be implemented.

Nineteenth in accordance with the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation issued the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities", the physical health status of candidates is reviewed and rechecked. Do not meet the standards, according to the relevant provisions of the "guiding opinions" of the physical examination of ordinary colleges and universities.

Twentieth freshmen according to the national enrollment regulations, with the admission notice within the time limit prescribed by the college to go through the admission formalities. Those who are unable to enter the school on schedule for some reason should ask for leave from the college; Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure. For specific registration requirements, please refer to the Notice of Freshmen of Turpan Vocational and Technical College in 2020.

Twenty-first students after admission, the college in accordance with national enrollment regulations within 3 months for review. The contents of the review mainly include the following aspects:

(1) Whether the admission procedures and procedures conform to the national enrollment regulations;

(2) Whether the access qualifications obtained are true and conform to relevant regulations;

(3) Whether I and my identity certificate are consistent with the admission notice and the candidates' files;

(four) whether the physical and mental health status meets the requirements of the professional or professional physical examination, and whether it can ensure the normal study and life at school;

In the review, it is found that students have fraud, favoritism and other circumstances, which are determined to be unqualified and should be cancelled; If the circumstances are serious, the college will hand it over to relevant departments for investigation and handling.

In the review, it is found that the students' physical and mental condition is not suitable for studying at school. Those who need to rest at home after being diagnosed in a second-class hospital designated by the college can retain their admission qualifications in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school.

Chapter IV Enrollment Plan and Charging Standards

Article 22 The College shall, according to the actual situation, formulate the enrollment plan by major in 2020. The enrollment plan shall be subject to the annual plan approved by the autonomous region, reported to the relevant departments for approval and announced to the public.

Twenty-third college fees approved by the Turpan Municipal Price Bureau. For details of the charging standards of each major, please refer to the enrollment plan published by the Admissions Office of the Autonomous Region or the admission notice for freshmen in 2020 issued by the College. If the government adjusts the tuition standard of the current year, the standard set by the government shall prevail.

Chapter V Incentive Measures

Article 24 The college has various forms of scholarships and national student loans to help poor students solve practical difficulties.

Chapter VI Graduate Education and Employment

Twenty-fifth students who have completed the contents stipulated in the education and teaching plan within the study period stipulated by the school and met the graduation requirements stipulated by the school are allowed to graduate and issued graduation certificates before leaving school.

Twenty-sixth students can choose their own jobs after graduation. And the employment registration certificate will be issued by the human resources and social security department of the autonomous region.

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions

Article 27 These Articles of Association are only applicable to higher vocational enrollment of Turpan Vocational College in 2020.

Article 28 The Articles of Association have been reviewed and approved by the leading group of higher vocational enrollment in Turpan Vocational and Technical College, and submitted to the higher authorities for approval.
