The major of radio and television editing and directing is based on the A-class key subject "Radio and Television Art" in Zhejiang Province, with three provincial-level excellent courses, such as radio and television editing and directing business, film and television drama creation and television editing and directing foundation, and four school-level excellent courses, such as audio-visual language. The key courses of the Academy of Film and Television Arts are the teaching foundation, and the provincial key demonstration laboratories, television editing and directing laboratories and more than 50 practice bases in China are the practical positions. The person in charge of this major is the person in charge of the provincial A-class key discipline "Radio and Television Art", the "five batches" talents of Zhejiang Province's propaganda and cultural system, the provincial young and middle-aged academic leaders, and the master tutor. This major began to recruit junior college students 199 1 and undergraduates in 2003. In the history of 16, we have accumulated rich experience in personnel training and scientific research achievements, and built two powerful double-qualified teaching teams and scientific research innovation teams, including 6 professors (3 tutors for master students) and 8 doctors. The film and television works created by directors trained in this major have won many awards for international and domestic college students' film and television works. At present, there are 639 students; 1 123 college students graduated from CCTV to provincial and municipal radio and television units, and most of them became the backbone of directors, screenwriters and producers.

Radio and television director major (including radio and television director and literature director, undergraduate, four years)

This major cultivates all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetics, has systematic knowledge of culture and science, has high political level, theoretical accomplishment and artistic appreciation ability, masters professional knowledge and skills of radio and television program planning, creation and production, and can engage in radio and television program planning, channel planning, program director production, text writing, sound design and production, social education and literary program hosting in radio, film and television systems and cultural departments.

Among them, the direction of literary and artistic editing and directing is mainly to cultivate senior professionals with systematic cultural and scientific knowledge, high political level, theoretical accomplishment and artistic appreciation ability for radio and television stations at all levels, who are engaged in the planning, editing, directing, producing and hosting of various literary and artistic programs, columns, art feature films and MTV.

In addition to basic extracurricular activities, the main courses are: news interview writing, TV editing, film aesthetics, TV director, TV column creative planning, TV feature film creation, radio and television director, TV art feature film creation, radio and television literature director, audio-visual language, TV music and so on.
