Second, the classification of fresh graduates
1, fresh graduates of that year: This kind of graduates refers to candidates who graduated in the year of the exam. For example, a position in the civil service examination in 2020 must be a fresh graduate of 20 19, so candidates who graduated from 20 19 but are not employed can also be counted as fresh graduates, but they cannot apply for the position. Only those who graduated from 20 19 can apply for the exam.
2. Ordinary fresh graduates: they have obtained the graduation certificate, and the graduation year is inconsistent with the year of the current exam, but the time for obtaining the graduation certificate is not more than 2 or 3 years (the students who have exceeded it are previous students). After graduating from college, you left your files in the school or the talent market without signing a labor contract.
Employment process of fresh graduates
I. Signing three parties
Signing an employment agreement with the company, also known as the "tripartite agreement", has legal effect, and it will be invalid after signing a labor contract if it needs compensation for breach of contract. Clear the amount of liquidated damages. Usually, the company will put forward the amount of liquidated damages when signing the contract, and graduates should try their best to minimize the liquidated damages in the negotiation, generally not exceeding 5,000 yuan. Units with extremely high liquidated damages should sign carefully.
Second, report for duty
Graduates need a registration card to go to work in the unit. The employer shall go through the formalities for graduates with the registration certificate and complete the file transfer procedures.
Third, sign a labor contract
