About Loulan, an ancient country in the Western Regions
In the fourth year of Yuanfeng (77 BC), Fu Jiezi killed Loulan Wang Angui. The protoplasm name of Loulan is Wei Tutao. BC 108, King Loulan was attached to Han Dynasty, and his second son Wei Tutao was taken hostage in Chang 'an. In the first 92 years, Brother Wei Tu returned to the throne of Loulan, killed the Chinese ambassador and joined the Xiongnu. In 77 BC, Fu Jiezi designed to assassinate An Gui, made Tu Jian, the captain of the pro-Han Dynasty, king, and changed his name to Shanshan. There is no reliable record of the exact reign time of Vasmana (recorded as "Yuan Meng" in China ancient books), the king of Shanshan (Loulan). According to the existing Bolu documents and historical materials of China, he was already in power around 322 AD, while Vasmana was still in power when Yang Xuan, the secretariat of Liangshan County, crusaded against Shanshan in 35 AD, and Valsemona was not the last king of Shanshan (Loulan). After him, the names of at least two kings-Surika and Su Mi Tra-were recorded in the data of Ruben. In 382 AD, Su Mi Terra personally saw the Qin Dynasty and died on his way home in 383. Later China historical materials also recorded two Shanshan kings-Buron and Zhenda. In 447 AD, Zhen Da sent his son to the Northern Wei Dynasty to offer sacrifices. In 448, the Northern Wei Dynasty named Jiaotoe Gonghanba as "General of the West and King of Shanshan" and officially set up counties in Shanshan. It seems that Wang Zhenda, a place in Shanshan, was deposed. Since then, there is no record of the local king of Shanshan, but Shanshan seems to be a country. Until AD 492, the northern nomadic Gao Che (or Ding Ling) went south from Gaochang to compete with Rouran for the countries in the Tarim Basin and defeated Shanshan. Jiang, the messenger of the Southern Qi Dynasty, witnessed with his own eyes that "Shanshan was destroyed by Ding Ling, and the people were in poverty", and Shanshan (Loulan) died from then on.
