Graduates of higher vocational and technical schools (colleges) who are engaged in their professional work after graduation are dissatisfied with 1 year, and are designated as second-class non-commissioned officers.
Non-commissioned officers who should be enlisted in the army should enjoy the same treatment as non-commissioned officers selected from among conscripts, and enjoy basic wages, allowances, pensions, living allowances and other benefits during their active service, as well as visiting relatives, insurance, housing, medical care and other benefits.
