Have a bachelor's degree in law from a full-time institution of higher learning and obtain a bachelor's degree or above; Bachelor degree or above in non-law major in full-time colleges and universities, master of law, master of law or above; Full-time institutions of higher learning have obtained a bachelor's degree or above in non-law major and a corresponding degree, and have been engaged in legal work for three years.
