Article 2 Rights and obligations of Party A
1. 2. The main sponsor's return method
(1) The preparatory group officially authorizes the title of chief sponsor, invites enterprise representatives to attend the summit, and will arrange a live speech for at least 30 minutes to interact with the media, young entrepreneurs and managers;
(2) clearly mark the corporate logo in the publicity banner of the conference.
(3) The logo of the main sponsor company appears in the printed materials (purchase orders, posters and gift bags) of conferences and industry roundtables, and corporate brochure appears in the gift bags;
(4) The vcd and dvd produced by the conference contain the advertisement of the chief sponsor or the introduction of the enterprise, and the content is arranged by the enterprise itself for at least two minutes;

Article 3 Rights and obligations of Party B
1. Responsible for coordinating the progress of implementation activities, convening and coordinating meetings of relevant partners, etc.
2. Ensure the complete provision of interviews and programs required for the meeting;
3. Provide interviews and manpower support for the meeting, and ensure that certain energy and material resources are invested in the preparation and holding of activities;
4. Inform the partner of the preparation progress in time, and promise to use its brand name within the scope of authorization and abide by all relevant laws and regulations;
5. Appreciate the original manuscript created by the interview team in time.
Article 4 Intellectual Property Clauses and Confidentiality
1. All deliverables (including data and reports) generated by this agreement shall be jointly owned by the co-organizers * * * * and enjoy all intellectual property rights and other related rights. Any application, registration and filing of rights based on new technological achievements in this agreement shall be conducted by both parties through consultation. Without the prior written permission of both parties, the other party shall not use or authorize any third party to read, use or copy or use it for any purpose other than this agreement.
2. Party A and Party B agree that they may need to get in touch with and know each other's business management information during the service provided by the other party. This information is very important to one party, and once leaked, it will make one party lose its competitive advantage or be at a disadvantage. Therefore, either party promises to track the operation and management information of any other party (whether provided by the other party or obtained accidentally). As well as the documents, materials, operations, management, processes and documents disclosed by either party to the other party for the performance of this Agreement, shall have strict confidentiality obligations and shall not be disclosed, published or provided to any third party or leaked in any form; Without Party A's prior written permission.
3. The confidentiality period is not limited by the term of this agreement. After the expiration of this contract, both parties shall still protect each other's business secrets, respect and guarantee not to infringe on Party A's achievements and all affiliated rights and interests.
Article 5 Liability for breach of contract
1. If either party has evidence to prove that the other party has breached, is breaching or will breach the contract, it may suspend the performance of this contract, but it shall notify the other party in time. If the other party continues to fail to perform, improperly perform or violate this contract, it may terminate this contract and demand the other party to compensate for the losses.
2. The party unable to bear the responsibility due to force majeure shall notify the other party in time within 3 days after the occurrence of force majeure.
3. Due to force majeure, one party really cannot bear the responsibility, and if losses are caused, it will not be liable for compensation. Force majeure as mentioned in this contract refers to unforeseeable, insurmountable and unavoidable objective events, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, fires and storms, and social events such as wars, turmoil and government actions.
