According to the demand of employment market and the distribution of graduates' majors, we can predict the employment prospects of college graduates in various industries in the next few years.
1. Industries with increasing demand and employment opportunities
In the next few years, computer, communication, electronics and other information majors, life sciences, high-tech and other industries will have a great demand for personnel, and there will be a large room for employment growth of college students. Normal graduates will still be in short supply, and the demand for environmental science, life science, applied mathematics, legal services, transportation and engineering instruments, textiles and other industries will increase, while the demand for foreign language talents, petroleum, coal, metallurgy and other industries will increase to varying degrees, but the production capacity of some industries is limited.
2. Industries with basically unchanged demand.
There are mainly machinery, materials, foreign languages, medicine, management, economy, finance, statistics, pricing, national economic planning, finance, finance and other needs, which will not increase substantially, but will be relatively stable. Some of these majors, such as medical graduates, need to focus on small and medium-sized cities, rural areas and urban grassroots. Computer, communication, electronics and other information majors are in great demand, but the scale of personnel training is also growing, and the employment scene of information majors is hard to be popular.
3. Industries with declining demand
From the industry point of view, it is still difficult to find jobs mainly in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery manufacturing and construction, especially in agriculture and forestry graduates. However, it cannot be generalized that the demand for high-quality professionals in the above industries is still strong. Although there is a considerable demand for construction, the industry is still labor-intensive, and the mainstream of the industry is still dominated by labor, but the demand for professionals is not strong.
Judging from the types of disciplines, the social demand for talents in literature, history and philosophy is decreasing. The employment situation of graduates in philosophy, sociology, history, demography and religion will be difficult to see in the next few years.
