China Ji Liang University, located in Hangzhou, People's Republic of China (PRC), is the only undergraduate institution in the quality supervision, inspection and quarantine industry. Its motto is "seriously think about the national economy and people's livelihood". Professor Zhuang, an academician of China Academy of Engineering, is the honorary president and the professor is the president. The school covers an area of 1580 mu, with 19 colleges (departments), 1 independent colleges (modern science and technology colleges), and15/116 full-time undergraduates. According to the evaluation report "China University and Discipline 20 17-20 18", the university ranked 90th in the competitiveness of scientific and technological innovation of China University in 20 17.

At present, there is only one campus (Xueyuan Street, Jianggan District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province).
