First, the time and place of registration.
Time: 8:00- 17:00 on September 3 -4 (depending on the epidemic situation, if there is any change, notice will be given separately).

Second, the registration materials
Freshmen shall go through the registration formalities with their admission notice, valid ID card, academic certificate/degree certificate, electronic registration filing form of academic certificate of the Ministry of Education (within the validity period) or China higher education certification report.
Third, the preliminary examination and review of admission qualifications
According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the school will conduct a preliminary examination of the admission qualifications of new students when they report for duty, and review them in accordance with the national enrollment regulations within three months after admission. Once graduate students are found to be fraudulent, engage in malpractices for personal gain or fail to meet the requirements of the national and school entrance examinations, they are determined to be unqualified in the second interview and their school status is cancelled; If the circumstances are serious, the school will hand it over to relevant departments for investigation and handling.
Fourth, the registration process

2. System opening hours
The 2022 graduate students must log in to the orientation system on time and complete the relevant procedures.
The operation flow of online orientation system for graduate students is arranged as follows:
Opening hours: August 22nd from 8: 00 to August 23rd 17:00.
During the opening hours of the system, graduate students will complete the following items after logging in to the system: fill in personal information-> Entrance examination-> Check the dormitory-> Handling campus network-> Declaration of student loan information (not declared and not filled in)-> According to the payment list generated after the system audit, pay the corresponding fees through the link provided by the welcome system. If the corresponding fees are not paid before the directional system is closed, the selected beds will be considered invalid. Part-time graduate students, complete the entrance examination and fill in the information of "booking insurance"
(2) report to the school site
1. University report. Freshmen report to the orientation point of their college and receive campus cards, payment receipts and other materials with the admission notice.
2. Submit the loan certificate. Freshmen from poor families go to the green channel window and submit the acceptance certificate of student loans from their places of origin. Freshmen who have not declared the loan information of their students or have not applied for the green channel do not apply for this item.
3. Stay in the dormitory. Freshmen come to the dormitory of the selected building with campus cards, and the school logistics team sets up checkpoints in each dormitory area (or building). After the students complete the processes of identification, code scanning verification and temperature measurement at the inspection point, they go to the dormitory administrator to get the key and go through the check-in formalities.
4. Physical examination. Go to the school hospital for medical examination in an orderly manner according to the prescribed medical examination time (notice).

2. Transfer the offline league organization relationship needs to transfer the league files, including the application form for joining the league, the letter of introduction of the league organization relationship made payable to the Youth League Committee of Hubei University, and the membership card (if it is lost, please return to the Youth League Committee of the original unit for replacement); The online league organization relationship transfer is completed through the wisdom league construction, and each college establishes a new league branch, and members apply to transfer to the corresponding league branch.
Transfer of intransitive verbs in household registration
Voluntary account will be moved to the school, according to the following requirements of registered permanent residence migration procedures:
1. If you are registered outside Hubei Province, you should go to the local police station with the admission notice and other materials to apply for the household registration certificate (the date of issuance must be stamped with the special seal for household registration), and the personal information on the household registration certificate must be completely consistent with the admission information.
For household registration in Hubei province, provide the original household registration book (copy of address page and personal page), the original and copy of ID card, and students studying in Wuhan directly hand in the Registration Form of Student Collective Permanent Population. In principle, Wuhan residents are not allowed to move into the household registration. If it is really necessary to transfer their accounts, it shall be handled with reference to the requirements of household registration transfer in the province.
2. After the students enter the school, they should submit their "Household Registration Certificate"/the original household registration book and a copy of their ID card/the registration form of the collective permanent population of the students, the recent one-inch color registration photo (≤30KB, named after their names and ID numbers) and the admission notice to the college.

Seven. Payment of expenses
(1) The school has handled a bank card (ABC debit card) for the freshmen. This bank card is not only a good assistant to pay tuition fees, but also used to distribute various scholarships and living allowances. After entering school. You can also handle the deposit and management of campus card funds and online banking payment services. (2) When new students report for duty, in addition to tuition and accommodation, they also need to pay medical examination fees, college students' basic medical insurance fees and other expenses. Students' commercial supplementary medical insurance premium is a voluntary payment item, and students who need to be insured after arriving at school pay it to the insurance company. (3) Payment method
Online welcome system provides two online payment methods: mobile phone and computer.
1. Mobile payment by mobile phone. Students use WeChat payment, China Agricultural Bank Pocket Bank payment or China Agricultural Bank K code payment to pay through the welcome system.
2. Computer-side payment. Students can use aggregation code payment and ABC K code payment. If they choose "aggregate code payment", they can scan the QR code to make payment through the "sweep" function of mobile phone WeChat or the "sweep" function of China Agricultural Bank APP. If you choose "ABC K code payment", you can directly enter the bank card number, verification code, payment password and other information before paying.
When freshmen report for duty, students who pay online directly go to the orientation point of the college to receive the payment receipt.

(1) On the day of registration
Freshmen should report safely and orderly in accordance with relevant regulations when they come to the school newspaper. (3) On the way to school
If you have fever, dry cough, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat and other symptoms on your way to school, you should go to the nearest doctor in time.
