Stray dogs are mostly puppies that are difficult for some dog-raising families to feed their bitches after breeding, so they will throw their puppies elsewhere in a certain month. After graduation, most of these stray dogs will return to vagrancy, so it is ok to send them to local rescue centers, let them get care and help, let stray dogs find suitable owners to raise them, or bring them back to their own homes to take care of them. These methods can gradually reduce the number of stray dogs, and also make lonely and helpless animals have a stable home.
