Mrs Mongela was born in September 1945. She is a peasant family in Mackongo village, Mwanza district. The 1950s was a period when the African national liberation movement flourished. It was also at this time that his father actively participated in the movement for national independence and joined the African National Union (Tanzania Union) in Tanganyika. Mrs Mongela's parents are far-sighted. They scrimped and saved for her school, which gave her a good education. For this kindness, Mongela has been unforgettable. Influenced by her father, Mrs Mongela has been interested in politics since she was a child. While studying at the University of Dar es Salaam, she followed her father's example and joined the African National Union in Tanganyika. After graduation, she chose to teach. Her ideal is to let more children receive education, acquire knowledge and get rid of poverty. Therefore, whether preparing lessons or teaching in class, she is meticulous and takes it seriously, which is very popular among students. Naturally, her excellent work attracted the attention of the education department. After a while, she was transferred to middle school and normal college as an inspector.
