1. Kunming University of Science and Technology
Kunming University of Science and Technology, located in Kunming, Yunnan Province, is a key university jointly established by the State Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and Yunnan Province. It has been selected into the national "11plan", the Ministry of Education's "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan" and the "Basic Capacity Building Project of Central and Western Universities".
The national "Key Discipline Project with Characteristics" will build universities, national new engineering research and practice projects, national high-level university graduate programs, China government scholarships for overseas students, demonstration universities for deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform, and national innovation and entrepreneurship education practice bases.
2. Fujian Normal University
Fujian Normal University, located in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, is a university jointly established by the Fujian Provincial People's Government, the people of China and the Ministry of Education [1], a provincial key comprehensive university, and a "double-class" university in Fujian Province [49], and was selected as one of the national "201plan".

3. Heilongjiang University
Heilongjiang University, located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, is a provincial comprehensive university jointly founded by Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government, China People's Government, Ministry of Education and National Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. Heilongjiang province is a "double first-class" domestic first-class university.
4. Xinjiang University
Xinjiang University, referred to as "Xinda", is located in Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It is a comprehensive national key university jointly established by the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, a national "double first-class" construction university [4 1], a national "21/project" construction university, and a national key construction university for the development of the western region.
