According to Article 1 of the Constitution of the Communist Youth League of China, young people in China who have reached the age of 14 but under the age of 28 can apply to join the Communist Youth League of China if they recognize the constitution of the League and are willing to join one of the organizations of the League and work actively in it, implement the resolutions of the League and pay the tour fee on time.
Young people who apply to join the League should have two league members as referees. The introducer shall be responsible for explaining the articles of association of the Youth League to the introduced person, and explaining the concept, performance and experience of the Youth League organization to the introduced person. Young people who want to join the League should apply to the branch committee, fill in the volunteer form, and become a League member only after being discussed and approved by the branch general meeting and approved by the superior committee. Young people who have been approved to join the League will be qualified as members from the date of adoption by the branch general meeting. New members must attend the admission ceremony and take the oath to join the League under the League flag.

Third, announce the list of new members.

5. Organize new members to take the oath.
