The Bloomsbury Theatre will broadcast the Queen's funeral live. Tickets are not sold in the theater, and seats are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Many areas of Manchester University will be closed on September 19, and the freshman activities on that day will be rescheduled. Online registration for the day is still open. The University of Manchester Student Union (SU) will be open all day to provide support for students.
All offline and online courses of Edinburgh University will be cancelled or rescheduled on September 19, and teaching will resume on September 20th. All university buildings, including libraries, study rooms and laboratories, will be closed for one day.
City University of Manchester will close its campus on September 19, and all teaching buildings will be closed except the student dormitory. The courses and activities of the day will be rescheduled.
The University of London will be closed on September 19, including the library, and all students will be closed for one day. The University of London Paris Campus (ULIP) will be open normally.
Many other British universities may also suspend classes or close campus facilities on the day of the Queen's funeral.
