Liaoning Normal University is a provincial key university, located in Dalian, a beautiful coastal city in the north of China. It is the key construction university of "Double First-class" construction and "Domestic High-level University" in Liaoning Province, the implementation unit of "Excellent Middle School Teacher Training Plan" of the Ministry of Education, the quality improvement plan of teacher education cooperation of the Ministry of Education, and the chairman unit of Liaoning Education Development Alliance.
