Li Meijin (1958-), female, graduated from Renmin University of China, and is a professor of criminal psychology at People's Public Security University of China.

The main research fields include criminal psychology, criminal psychological portrait, juvenile criminal psychology and prevention. He used to be the vice president of China Juvenile Delinquency Research Association and a member of the Professional Committee of Legal Psychology of Chinese Psychological Association. He conducted a detailed investigation on many cases and published a book "Criminal Psychology".
