First, the interview mentality
Before the interview, you should adjust your mentality and be nervous and confident.
Nervous: I'm nervous about collecting information from the external relations department of our school. The main message is, who is the current minister of the International Liaison Department? Who is the deputy minister? What's their cell phone number? How many sponsorship activities does NTU's foreign relations department mainly pull in a year?
Self-confidence: Self-confidence means having the mentality of giving up on yourself. No one likes a delicate person.
The self-confidence here is mainly self-confidence. Don't expose too much during the interview. Otherwise, the leaders will think that you are a trouble and a time bomb for departmental harmony.
Second, the basic qualities that members of the International Liaison Department should possess.
1, extraordinary confidence. Because the International Liaison Department wants to go out and solicit sponsorship, it needs to negotiate with the merchants and show extraordinary self-confidence in order to take the first step of success. Self-confidence is mainly reflected in temperament, not language.
2. There is a "Xiao Qiang spirit". Without the spirit of Xiao Qiang, it is difficult to get sponsorship. Because it's normal to be rejected by merchants when you pull sponsorship, you can only persuade merchants to sponsor by talking, walking, trying and failing, and find one willing to cooperate from hundreds of merchants.
3. Sponsorship must be polite. To do this, everyone is polite, everything is polite, and every sentence is polite. No businessman will talk business with a rude person.
Third, how to deal with the interview
In my experience, in fact, all the seniors and sisters we interviewed don't want to see what you have done before and how excellent you are. We mainly focus on the following points:
1, see if you are too arrogant. We don't want anything too arrogant. So try not to take the initiative in the interview.
Talk too much about how good you used to be. If the senior asks, you can confidently answer.
2. Be modest. You must always be modest during the interview, and seniors and sisters like modest people. because
Modest people are easy to manage. Always remind seniors and seniors that you came with a blank sheet of paper, and you came with a learning heart. We don't choose people who are too interested.
3. Be polite when interviewing. For example, knock on the door before entering the interview room and wait for the seniors to signal.
Enter. After entering the classroom, you should close the door gently. After the door closed, I turned and bowed slightly to say hello, then stood on the platform and wrote my name on the blackboard. After that, I began to introduce myself. Erase the name on the blackboard after the interview, and then bow and smile slightly to show that you have just left the classroom.
4. You should always smile throughout the interview, so as to show your confidence and mind. self
When introducing and answering questions from seniors, it is also a sign of confidence to keep eye contact with seniors and sisters under the stage.
Fourth, interview the questions that the external liaison department is usually asked;
1. What do you know about the International Liaison Department?
A: Internally, I think the International Liaison Department is the heart of our entire student union, because all activities organized by our student union need the sponsorship of the International Liaison Department to provide funds for the activities. So I think the outreach department is a big heart for me. External: I think the International Liaison Department is the facade of our school, because the work of the International Liaison Department is mainly external, and we often have to contact with merchants. Those businessmen's views on the International Liaison Department can easily be equated with their views on our school. Therefore, I also feel that the external liaison department is under great pressure, and the external liaison department is a glorious and arduous responsibility.
What do you think of our school's sponsorship?
A: First, I'll sort out our activity plan. See how much the activity plan needs, or what materials are needed. Then, according to the demand in the plan book, make a plan and find our sponsor. If you have less money, you should generally start with some restaurants, leisure bars, tea shops or gift shops around our school. For some big projects, I will try some steak shops or cosmetics shops or barber shops and mobile phone cities. Please ask seniors and sisters for advice on specific needs.
3. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
A: My advantage is that I am persistent and responsible. I have many shortcomings. I am not confident and sometimes I am too withdrawn.
What qualities do you think you need in the International Liaison Department?
A: Persistence, responsibility, cooperation and courtesy.
5. Can you drink?
A: A little.
I'll think it over! !
