(3) Social insurance subsidies for employees' family services. For employee-based family service enterprises that have signed labor contracts with employees for more than 1 year and paid social insurance premiums in full and on time, subsidies will be given according to 90% of the social insurance premiums actually paid by the enterprises (excluding the social insurance premiums that employees should pay individually).
