There are many writers and poets in modern China, among which five famous writers are Lu Xun, Ba Jin, Contradiction, Guo Moruo and Cao Yu. I believe everyone is familiar with these people, and the person I introduced to you today is Chen Yinque. You may want to ask, since Bian Xiao is talking about once-in-a-century masters, why doesn't he have a place among these great writers? Bian Xiao thinks so. As the saying goes, big fish always sink. Let Bian Xiao show you how awesome this Chen Yinque is today.

Chen Yinque (1890 July 3rd-196910 October 7th) was born in Xiushui, Jiangxi. China is a rare figure who is a historian, a classical literature researcher, a linguist and a poet in modern times. Chen Yinque, Ye, Pan Guangdan and Qian Mu are listed as the four masters of Tsinghua University's century-old school history, and together with Chen Yuan and Qian Mu, they are called "the four masters of predecessors". 1925, after returning from studying abroad, Chen Yinque worked in Tsinghua University Sinology Research Institute and became one of the four great tutors of Tsinghua Sinology (Wang Guowei, Liang Qichao, Chen Yinque, Zhao Yuanren). He has taught in Tsinghua University, Southwest United University, Guangxi University, yenching university and Sun Yat-sen University. Finally, after the Cultural Revolution began, Chen Yinque was brutally tortured. What saddens him most is that a large number of books and poems he has treasured for many years have been looted. After that, he couldn't afford to get sick and died in Guangzhou on10.7/969.

Chen Yinque, one of the four tutors of Tsinghua University National College, also knows twenty or thirty foreign languages. He has studied in the United States, Japan, Germany, France, Switzerland and other countries, and is proficient in Sanskrit, Tibetan, Pali, English, French and German, and participated in the comparative study of the history of Sui and Tang Dynasties and the Buddhist scriptures of Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties. It's really admirable and admirable! In retrospect, if Bian Xiao had not been held back by English, he would have been a college student at least. Seeing Mr. Chen's twenty or thirty foreign languages, I fainted on the spot, joking, joking, and continuing to get to the point. The talented Chen Yinque was called "once-in-a-century master" by Fu Sinian. Chen Yinque has his own way when giving lectures. He doesn't say what predecessors said, nor what foreigners said. He only talks about things he hasn't taught. As long as he is around, the classroom is always crowded with people. In addition to attending classes, there are even teachers from afar who learn from him and are known as "professors among professors".

Chen Yinque 12 years old began to study in the United States, Japan, Germany, France, Switzerland and other countries, but learned dozens of languages along the way, and finally did not get a diploma. Chen Yinque himself said: Doctor is not difficult, but it takes time. As long as I have learned knowledge, it doesn't matter whether I have a degree or not. It is this master who treats diplomas as waste paper. In the face of national tragedy and personal misfortune, he devoted his life to academics!
