Undergraduate graduates are awarded the national undergraduate diploma by Beihua University. College graduates are awarded college diplomas stipulated by the state by Beihua University. Graduates of higher vocational colleges are awarded the diploma of junior college (higher vocational) stipulated by the state by Beihua University.

Chapter IV Financial Assistance for Students from Poor Families

Article 7 The main contents of the national subsidy policy for students from poor families in colleges and universities

According to "Opinions on Establishing and Perfecting the Financial Aid Policy System for Students from Poor Families in Ordinary Undergraduate Colleges, Higher Vocational Schools and Secondary Vocational Schools", our school has implemented national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, national grants, national student loans (including national student loans on campus and credit student loans from students' places of origin), free education for normal students, national education subsidies for students in military service colleges, tuition compensation for primary employment, new student funding plans, work-study programs, tuition fee remission and so on.

Before entering school, students from poor families can apply to the county (city, district) level education department where their families are registered, so as to solve the tuition and accommodation fees. When entering school, freshmen with particularly difficult family finances can report through the "green channel" opened by the school. After entering the school, the school will take different measures and give financial assistance after verification.

At the same time, our school fully allocates 5% of its business income to support students from poor families. Established in-school scholarships, temporary difficulties subsidies, tuition fee remission, school work-study programs and other funding projects.

Article 8 The main funded projects for students from poor families in our school

1. Scholarship

All kinds of on-campus student scholarships and social scholarships established by the school shall be implemented in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Student Scholarships of Beihua University.

2. National Student Loan The management of national student loans shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Management of National Student Loans of Beihua University. 3. Temporary Difficulties Subsidies Students who encounter temporary difficulties during school and affect their study and life may apply for temporary difficulties subsidies. 4. Tuition remission The school implements tuition remission for eligible orphans and martyrs' children, and the tuition remission for retired students is implemented according to the relevant documents at higher levels. 5. Article 10 Requirements for Foreign Language Professional Training

1. English majors (including normal universities) and Korean majors only recruit English language candidates.

2. English education majors (specialties) only recruit English language candidates.

3. Mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, nursing, electronic information and communication engineering of mechanical Sino-foreign cooperative education projects, some main courses are only taught in English, and English language candidates apply for the exam.

4. It is suggested that non-English language candidates carefully apply for international economy and trade, computer science and technology, network engineering, software engineering, nursing, medical laboratory technology, clinical medicine (including free medical orientation), medical imaging and other majors.

Article 11 Physical and health requirements

Implementation of the Ministry of Education, the National Health and Wellness Commission, China Disabled Persons' Federation formulated and issued the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities" and related supplementary provisions.

Article 12 Access Rules

1. The enrollment work of Beihua University implements the comprehensive evaluation principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, and merit-based admission.

2. Investment ratio. Volunteering to file batches in order, the proportion of students' files accessed by schools should be controlled within 120% in principle. According to the batch of filing in parallel volunteer, the proportion of filing should be controlled within 105% in principle. There are special provisions on the proportion of provinces of origin, according to the requirements of the proportion of provinces of origin.

3. University volunteer service. In the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) that implement the "parallel volunteer" project, they will be admitted according to the principle of "giving priority to achievements and following the principle of voluntariness"; In the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) that implement voluntary filing, schools give priority to the first volunteer candidates, and in the case of insufficient first volunteer students, they enroll non-volunteer candidates.

4. Professional admission. According to the results of filing and the order of reported majors, the majors are divided, and the admission principle of "scores first" is implemented, that is, under the premise of qualified conditions such as morality, intelligence and physique, candidates are sorted from high scores to low scores, and candidates are admitted from high scores to low scores according to reported majors. There is no grade difference between professional volunteers.

5. Priority. For the candidates with the same bidding score, if the province (autonomous region or municipality) where they are located has stipulated the relevant sorting method, it shall be implemented according to the method of the province (autonomous region or municipality). If there is no sorting method in the provinces and cities where they are located, the following methods shall be implemented, that is, the comparison order of liberal arts subjects of candidates with the same scores is: Chinese, foreign languages and mathematics; The contrast order of science subjects is: mathematics, foreign language and Chinese; Regardless of the comparison of foreign language scores and the total score of selected subjects, priority is given to those who have high scores in subjects. If the above admission rules still can't determine the admission result, the candidate with the highest comprehensive quality evaluation result will be given priority according to the comprehensive quality evaluation of candidates.

6. Professional adjustment. Candidates who file in the same batch, are not admitted voluntarily according to their major and are subject to adjustment will be transferred from high score to low score to majors that are not fully recorded and meet the requirements of professional training.

Step 7 retreat. Candidates who file in the same batch, are not voluntarily admitted according to their major and do not obey the adjustment, or obey the adjustment but their grades are not up to standard, or obey the adjustment but do not meet the requirements of incomplete professional training will be dismissed.

8. Candidates who enjoy the care policy shall implement the relevant provisions of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where the candidates are located, and the school shall select the best candidates according to the actual situation.

9. The admission criteria for new students shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Enrollment Physical Examination of Colleges and Universities.

10. The school rechecks the freshmen. Those who fail to meet the admission requirements after review shall be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the state.

1 1. Admission principles for some special types of majors:

(1) If the admission rules of provinces are different from those of schools, the provincial documents shall prevail.

(2) Candidates majoring in fine arts (normal), painting, visual communication design, environmental design and product design are selected from high to low according to their comprehensive scores (comprehensive score = college entrance examination score, cultural course score ×60%+ provincial unified examination score, professional course score × 100%). When the comprehensive scores are the same, compare the scores of professional courses and choose the best ones from high scores to low scores; When the scores of professional courses are the same, the scores of comparative culture courses (according to Article 12.5 in Chapter 5 of the Articles of Association) will be selected from high scores to low scores.

(3) Musicology (Normal University) and Dance (Normal University). After the candidates are admitted, they will be admitted within the scope of qualified students according to the professional enrollment plans of each province. There are provinces that don't have school exams, and there are also provinces that have unified examinations. Within the scope of qualified students in the provincial unified examination, according to the results of professional courses in the provincial unified examination, the students are selected from high to low; There are no provinces in the school examination, only the provinces that have taken the provincial examination are recognized by the school. Within the scope of qualified students in the provincial joint entrance examination, students will be selected according to the scores of professional courses in the provincial joint entrance examination from high to low. When the scores of professional courses are the same, the total scores of comparative culture courses are selected from high scores to low scores; If the total score of the culture class is the same, compare the scores of all subjects in the culture class (according to Article 12.5 in Chapter 5 of the Articles of Association), and select the students with the best scores from high score to low score.

(5) Sports (normal) and ice and snow sports majors, according to the enrollment plans of each province, are selected from high scores to low scores according to the comprehensive scores of candidates (comprehensive scores = (total score of cultural courses/full score of cultural courses) × 100×30%+ professional scores× 70%). When the comprehensive scores are the same, compare the scores of professional courses and choose the best ones from high scores to low scores; When the scores of professional courses are the same, the scores of comparative culture courses (according to Article 12.5 in Chapter 5 of the Articles of Association) will be selected from high scores to low scores.

(6) Sports training majors are selected according to their comprehensive scores (comprehensive scores = (cultural scores /6)×30%+ sports special scores ×70%). When the comprehensive scores are the same, compare the sports special scores and choose the best ones from high scores to low scores; When the sports scores are the same, compare the cultural scores (according to Article 12.5 in Chapter 5 of the Articles of Association), and choose the best from high scores to low scores.

(7) In the above admission rules, the school recognizes the policy points recognized by the provincial admissions examination institutions.

12. Two majors, such as mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, material forming and control engineering, are enrolled as "mechanical". There is no distinction between applying for the exam and enrolling students. In the first academic year, training is conducted according to a unified teaching plan. After the freshman year, according to the needs of national economic construction, students' wishes and academic performance, we will divide the majors and establish the majors we have studied.

13. Statistics and applied statistics are enrolled according to "statistics". There is no professional distinction between applying for the exam and admission. The first three semesters are trained according to the unified teaching plan. After the third semester, according to the needs of national economic construction, students' wishes and academic performance, the majors will be diverted and established.

14. Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in mechanical engineering is approved by the Ministry of Education. The university and the University of Teesside jointly organized the undergraduate education program of mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, and introduced some professional courses, teachers and teaching materials from British universities. The two sides * * * make a training plan, and * * * jointly undertake and complete the four-year undergraduate teaching and personnel training tasks.

15. The Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools for nursing majors is an undergraduate education project for nursing majors jointly organized by the school and Huxley University of Applied Sciences in Finland with the approval of the Ministry of Education, and some professional courses, teachers and teaching materials from Finnish universities are introduced. The two sides * * * jointly make a training plan to undertake and complete the four-year undergraduate teaching and personnel training tasks.

16. The Sino-foreign cooperative education project of electronic information is an undergraduate education project of communication engineering jointly organized by the school and Cornell College in the United States with the approval of the Ministry of Education, and some professional courses, teachers and teaching materials from American universities have been introduced. The two sides * * * make a training plan, and * * * undertake and complete the task of four-year undergraduate teaching and talent training.

17. Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools only recruit candidates with professional aspirations.

18. Only professional volunteers will be admitted in advance for publicly-funded normal majors and free medical students. Candidates who apply for public-funded teachers' majors and free medical students fail to sign the relevant agreements on time without justifiable reasons, which leads to their inability to participate in the subsequent batch filing in advance and to be admitted to other schools at their own risk. Free medical students only recruit rural candidates. If the candidate category is urban freshness or urban past, it will be dismissed directly.

19. Candidates who apply for art undergraduate majors must take the art professional exams organized by their provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) (some provinces are joint exams) and pass them; If our school independently organizes the examination of art major courses in this province (autonomous region or municipality), it must also take the examination of art major courses in our school and obtain qualified qualifications. If there is no unified examination for art majors in the province (autonomous region or municipality), candidates must take the examination for art majors independently organized by our school and obtain qualifications.

20. Candidates applying for sports training must register for the 2020 college entrance examination in the province (autonomous region or municipality) where their household registration is located, pass the qualification examination, take the cultural examination organized by the State Sports General Administration and pass the special sports test organized by the State Sports General Administration.

Candidates applying for high-level athletes must register for the 2020 college entrance examination in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where their registered permanent residence is located, pass the school qualification examination, take part in the special physical education test organized by the school alone, and be publicized by the "Sunshine College Entrance Examination Platform of the Ministry of Education", and pass the examination in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where their registered permanent residence is located. 22. Students from Xinjiang senior high schools, ethnic minority preparatory classes and special targeted enrollment programs in poverty-stricken areas are admitted according to relevant national policies.

23. English education, preschool education, primary education, computer application technology, art education, music education, fine arts (calligraphy), sports, mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and management, leisure sports, sports operation and management and other majors are trained by Beihua University Normal Branch, and the school is located in Beihua University Normal Branch.

24. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region will implement the admission rule of "queuing for admission according to professional volunteers within the enrollment plan 1: 1".

25. The requirements for the academic level examination of ordinary candidates in Jiangsu Province are: the required subject scores must reach "C" and above (technical subjects must be qualified), and the selected subject scores must reach "B" and above. There is no requirement for candidates to choose examination subjects during professional admission, and candidates are selected according to the principle of "score first and then grade". When the total score of culture is the same, compare the scores of the selected subjects, and the priority order of the scores is A+A+, A+A, AA, A+B+, A+B, AB, B+B+, B+B, BB. The academic level test of special types of candidates in Jiangsu Province is based on the minimum requirements of Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute for ordinary public undergraduate colleges. Special types of candidates will be admitted according to the regulations of our school after they file. If the admission result is still uncertain, compare the results of the selected subjects.

Admission to 26 pilot provinces (cities) for college entrance examination reform shall be implemented in accordance with the 2020 college admission work plan announced by the province (city).
