The school has three campuses, which are connected with the Central Radio and TV University and its subordinate branches (workstations), forming a distance education system with overall planning, graded running, graded management and division of responsibilities. More than 50 grass-roots teaching units, including the whole city 16 counties, Yanshan area, some industry systems and central units in Beijing, constitute an open education system covering the whole city and with reasonable layout.
