Guizhou University of Finance and Economics is located in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. It is a training base for economic management talents in Guizhou Province, which is built by the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government. The school was founded in 1958, formerly known as Guizhou Institute of Finance and Economics, and merged with Guizhou Planning and Management Cadre School in 1992.
