What aspects does college life need to adapt to?
According to my experience, it is divided into study, life, interpersonal communication and mentality.

1. study: the biggest feeling after entering the university is freedom. This kind of freedom will make people confused in their studies. No teacher supervision, no homework, no fixed classroom, etc. In normal study, this is in great contrast with high school. Be clear about your goals, know what you want, and stick to your own pace. Moreover, counselors and teachers in universities rarely interfere with students, so most of the information does not come from teachers, such as competitions and events, and they need to break through the information barrier themselves.

2. Life: First of all, dormitory life. Roommates who are closely related to their own lives come from all corners of the country, so there will be differences in living habits, and everyone's work and rest habits are different. Therefore, it is necessary to tolerate each other, cut to the chase, solve problems and treat each other sincerely. Secondly, the geographical aspect, if you go to college across provinces, there are also many adaptation problems brought by the region, such as diet, customs and habits. And look at the differences with an open mind. Thirdly, universities rely on self-discipline, too much entertainment and too many temptations. How to identify needs to be treated rationally.

3. Interpersonal aspect: The university has made friends from all over the world, especially with students from ethnic minorities. It is most important to respect different regional cultures and customs. Secondly, we should be selective and gregarious. For example, after we set our own goals, we should do less things that hinder the realization of our goals, and then we will naturally be separated from those who want to do them. Thirdly, keep a certain social distance, don't say anything in a relationship, and don't take yourself or the other person too seriously.

4. Mentality: It is easy to be at a "45-degree angle" during college, lying uneven and unable to roll. This requires a clear understanding of yourself and finding your own goals and directions. It doesn't matter if you can't find it at first. Try more, participate more, dare to try and make mistakes, and plan your life reasonably. If you take others as the criterion, you can't be yourself. Secondly, everyone pursues a better life, especially when they go to college, mainly relying on their parents' living expenses. The idea of making money may be stronger than before. During holidays, you can choose to work part-time and other ways to accumulate social experience, and at the same time get income, mainly formal security, pay attention to screening. Another way is to be the campus agent of the school driving school/CET-4 and CET-6 materials. Some of them will take up too much campus time and need reasonable arrangements. Don't put the cart before the horse.

No matter how many methods are suitable for everyone, the process of adaptation is also a way to exercise yourself. Don't be afraid, have confidence, have goals, have plans, have a good attitude, enjoy college life and youth!
