Freshman courses are relatively simple, so this is the prime time for you to improve your GPA (average credit) during your junior college. Please try your best to get high marks in the final exam. Students who plan to upgrade from junior college to undergraduate course should consult the counselor as soon as possible after entering the school, and find out the colleges and examination subjects of their major, and focus on the subjects of upgrading to undergraduate course during the freshman year.
How do college students study?
If you find that the foundation of one of your college entrance examination subjects is very poor, for example, you have to take a high number in the college entrance examination, but your math is almost zero, then you can use your freshman night self-study or weekend time to make up the relevant basic knowledge, which will make it easier for you to formally review the college entrance examination in your sophomore year.
Take CET-4 as an example. Many undergraduate campuses require students to pass CET-4 in order to obtain undergraduate degree certificates. So if you pass CET-4 in junior college, you will feel much more at ease when you get to the undergraduate course, and you can have more time to prepare for the postgraduate entrance examination or find a good job.
Some colleges require sophomores to go out for internships. For those students who plan to upgrade to undergraduate courses, I suggest that you consult with the counselor in advance to see if you can allow yourself not to participate in the internship, but to stay at school and concentrate on reviewing the undergraduate course, because for those students who have already upgraded to undergraduate courses, the internship at this stage is of little significance.
