First, the way to report
Freshman registration is divided into two parts: online prediction of arrival and school registration.
1. Online forecast. All freshmen make online forecasts through the "orientation system", fill in their basic information in the registration system and inquire about the relevant notices of the school.
2. report to the school. After completing the forecast, report to the school site at the time notified by the school.
3. Under special circumstances, report online. Students who are affected by the epidemic or have special circumstances cannot report offline on schedule, and can apply for "remote registration" in the forecast, which must be approved by the school. Students who "check in remotely" need to fill in the application reasons, upload their ID cards and photos of the admission notice for online identity confirmation.
Second, the registration time
1. Online predicted arrival time: All freshmen will complete online predicted arrival before August 6, 2022 18:00-17.
2. Registration time: The specific registration time will be notified by the school.
Third, the registration process
1. All freshmen are required to log in to the school's "Welcome System" to complete the online name prediction before the afternoon of August 16-June 17, 2022. For details, please refer to "Shenyang University of Technology Orientation System Forecast and Instructions for Use" (attachment 1).
Freshmen fill in personal basic information according to the prompts in the system, and complete the prediction to registration. After the online forecast, you can check the counselor information and school-related notices in the orientation system.
2. All freshmen downloaded the enterprise WeChat of Shenyang University of Technology on August 8/KLOC-0 (see Annex 2 for the usage method of enterprise WeChat), and logged in on August 6/KLOC-0 and August 7/KLOC-0 with the mobile phone number registered by the directional system (make sure that the registered mobile phone number is accurate when forecasting). At that time, all freshmen will be assigned to their own classes in advance in the enterprise WeChat, and join the class group, so as to facilitate freshmen to communicate with class classmates, communicate with counselors and teachers, and understand the basic situation of the school and college.
Special reminder: Do not join any other unidentified QQ group, WeChat group, etc. All messages are subject to the counselor's reply.
3. Before the freshmen report to the school, the school and college will publish specific notices on the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in the enterprise WeChat group, and all freshmen will follow the specific notices.
4. The school will uniformly arrange classes and student numbers for the admitted students, and randomly allocate dormitories and beds. After receiving the notice from the counselor and teacher, freshmen can query their classes, student numbers, dormitories, beds and other information through the "orientation system".
Students must report to the school at the specified time. If you can't report on time for some reason, you must go through the leave formalities with the freshmen counselors and teachers in your college in advance. For freshmen who fail to report for a week beyond the registration date without reason, the school will cancel their admission qualification according to their situation.
Four. Qualification verification
The school strictly examines the identity and qualifications of new students who report for duty. Freshmen must prepare their admission notice and original ID card when they register, and fresh graduates also need to provide undergraduate diploma to avoid delay in registration because of incomplete documents.

In order to facilitate freshmen's enrollment, the school plans to arrange pick-up and drop-off stations at Shenyang North Station, Shenyang Station, Central Street Station of Metro Line 1 and Taoxian Airport on the day when freshmen report to school. Specific pick-up and drop-off arrangements will be announced separately. (If you can't pick up the station due to epidemic situation and special circumstances, the school will inform you in time. )
Six, the family economic difficulties of freshmen to apply for national student loans.
Students from poor families can apply for student-origin credit student loans to the National Development Bank of the county (city, district) where their household registration is located before entering school. The interest of loan students during their school days is fully subsidized by the government, and they begin to repay their student loans after graduation. Students who apply for national student loans before enrollment shall provide their ID cards, loan contracts, and acceptance certificates of student-origin credit student loans of China Development Bank to counselors and teachers in time after enrollment. After the identity confirmation and information check are completed, the school will handle the electronic receipt procedures in a unified manner. Students who apply for student loans from other banks or rural credit cooperatives need the school to handle the collection procedures, but they can apply to the financial aid management section of the Student Affairs Office (Room 309, Student Activity Center) after reporting to the school.
Seven. Description of luggage items
Bedding should be prepared by students themselves (self-provided luggage should be clean and tasteless, conform to hygiene requirements, and try to carry unused bedding).
