Xiamen University Dormitory is a beautiful landscape, facing the sea and backed by mountains, with trees, water, beach, air-conditioned safe, balcony closet water heater and laundry room attached with the building.

Drinking boiled water: provided by the school free of charge. Self-help laundry: 3 yuan every time. Hot water shower: Dewey apartment is equipped with solar water heater, which is used at its own expense.

The dormitory uses the method of purchasing electricity first and then using electricity. When the available electricity in the dormitory is equal to or lower than 0 degrees, the system will automatically cut off power.

The school provides 20 kWh of electricity to each dormitory every month (except February and August).
