Anhui Province was the first province to join the public service system of distance education of Central TV University in 2003, and it was also one of the open distance education management centers established by 28 provincial TV universities in 2004. Under the leadership of Central Radio and TV University, Distance Open Education Center and Anhui Radio and TV University, we are committed to forming a socialized public service system covering urban and rural distance education in Anhui Province. Since the enrollment of distance open education began in March 2003, the number of distance open learning centers has increased steadily year by year under the vigorous promotion of Anhui Distance Open Education Management Center for more than six years. Eight companies were established in 2003, five in 2004, five in 2005, 13 in 2006, 15 in 2007, seven in 2008, two in 2009, two in 2065, 438+00, 20. Anhui Open Management Center: The public service system of distance open education adopts three-level management mode, namely, distance open education center, provincial management center and city/county learning center. Their institutions are located in local TV universities, which provide support services for distance education learners according to unified image standards and unified service models. At present, all 67 cities and counties in our province have established learning centers, and there are 36 county-level learning centers. At present, Ao Peng cooperates with 40 well-known universities such as Peking University, People's Congress and Zhejiang University to carry out distance education, covering nine major categories 189 majors. Its high-quality teaching resources and teacher resources are shared with members of the whole society, which provides the public with another way to improve their academic qualifications besides self-study and successful examination, and is favored by everyone because of its advantage of being able to learn anytime and anywhere.

In 2008, the learning centers of Anhui Radio and TV University, Wuhu Radio and TV University and Maanshan Radio and TV University were designated as "demonstration learning centers" among 20 learning centers in China by the "Digital Learning Demonstration Center" project team of the Ministry of Education, and were strengthened as national demonstration sites among 38 demonstration sites designated by the "Digital Education Demonstration Project" project team of the Ministry of Science and Technology. This is also the first time in the history of Anhui Radio and TV University to undertake the projects of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science and Technology respectively.

We always carry out student-centered teaching management and student service, encourage and require learning centers to establish a sense of serving students, and urge staff to continuously improve their service level. Since 2006, Anhui Open Management Center has participated in organizing the national online education examination for colleges and universities, and the number of online education colleges in our province has increased from 2 1 to 52. Among them, there are 22 cooperative universities in our province, accounting for 42%. The number of candidates has also increased year by year. In the past six years, we have arranged about 20 course exams and computer-based entrance exams every year, and they have successfully completed their tasks. Organize 3-4 times a year "national unified examination of some public basic courses of online education", which can complete the unified examination in a safe, standardized and orderly manner. There are 56 open learning centers in our province, including 6 "trustworthy test sites" in national open education and 4 "excellent test sites" in open education. The power-saving open learning center won the "National Excellent Test Site for Network Education in Colleges and Universities" twice. Our province is the first pilot unit to participate in the "long-term security project" of open education. Real-time monitoring of online exams was carried out in 9 municipal learning centers in the province, which ensured the quality of exams and won social reputation. The College of Continuing Education of Anhui Radio and TV University is one of the functional departments that undertake non-academic continuing education. The college conscientiously implements the party's educational policy, and its main task is to guide the non-academic continuing education of RTVU in the whole province and organize the non-academic continuing education projects of RTVU in the whole province. After nearly 20 years of development, the college has formed a working pattern of project-driven, system-linked and up-and-down combination.
