Beijing language and culture university (hereinafter referred to as "Northern Language and Culture University") is an institution of higher learning directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC). 4. Hohai University

Hebei University of Technology was formerly Beiyang Technical School, which was founded in 1903.
