Training objectives:

This major trains applied senior professionals who have the basic theories, knowledge and skills of bioengineering and technology, beer brewing and technology, and can engage in scientific research and teaching, applied research, production development and marketing management in enterprises and institutions of food hygiene departments.

Training requirements:

Students in this major mainly study the basic theory and knowledge of modern beer brewing and beverage technology, and receive scientific thinking and scientific experimental training in basic research and engineering application of modern biological science and engineering. Graduates should have good scientific quality and certain basic abilities in teaching, scientific research, product development and application.

At the same time, we should master the basic theories and knowledge of engineering technology, biology and chemistry; Master the basic knowledge and experimental skills of chemical engineering, biochemistry, fermentation engineering, genetic engineering, cell engineering and enzyme engineering, as well as the basic principles and methods of beer brewing technology and beverage technology;
