Brief introduction of Liaocheng University

The history of Liaocheng University can be traced back to 1902, when the Teachers College was located in Shandong University Hall. 1970 Shandong teachers college moved to Liaocheng, 1974 most departments moved back to Jinan. At the same time, Shandong Teachers College Liaocheng Branch was established, renamed Liaocheng Teachers College with the approval of the State Council, and renamed Liaocheng University with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 2002.
