Brief introduction to the School of Science of the University of Hong Kong
The Faculty of Science of the University of Hong Kong was established in 1939, and has been committed to providing students with the best quality teaching and training. The Faculty of Science consists of six departments, namely, the Department of Biological Sciences, the Department of Chemistry, the Department of Earth Sciences, the Department of Mathematics, the Department of Physics, and the Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science. The college offers two undergraduate courses, Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Science (Actuarial Science), and students can choose suitable subjects according to their personal interests.
