Capital university of economics and business, referred to as "Capital Economy and Trade". Founded in 1956, the school is a key university in Beijing, which was merged from the former Beijing Institute of Economics and the former Beijing Institute of Finance and Trade in1June, 995. It is a university of finance and economics with economic management as an important feature and outstanding advantage, and six disciplines including economy, management, law, literature and science and engineering.

University of international business and economics, abbreviated as "university of international business and economics" and "University of International Trade" or "UIBE", is located in Beijing, the capital of People's Republic of China (PRC). The school started in 195 1 and was founded by the Ministry of Trade.
