The "3+ 1+ 1" project is a Sino-foreign joint training project jointly established by the National University of Singapore, Suzhou Research Institute of the National University of Singapore and domestic cooperative universities. For domestic excellent undergraduate students, the project has formulated a learning mode of three-year domestic undergraduate course, 1 year bridging course and 1 year master course.

National University of Singapore:
The National University of Singapore was formerly the Medical College of the Straits Colony and Malaya Federal Government, which was established in 1905. 19 12, the school was renamed Edward VII Medical College. Raffles College was founded in 1928. From 65438 to 0949, Edward VII Medical College and Raffles College merged to form the University of Malaya. 1955, the Chinese community in Singapore founded Nanyang University.
