2. Registration time: Generally, from the end of August to the beginning of September, the Provincial Examinations Institute will open the registration port in official website. Candidates log in to the "Online Registration System for Adult Colleges of Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute" with their valid ID number and mobile phone number, fill in their volunteers online and pay the registration fee.
