Generally, every dormitory member has a key. You can ask your roommate to bring their keys and then go to the place where they are matched. If it is inconvenient, you can go to the dormitory management office with a certificate (admission notice and the like) that can prove that you are a student of our school, explain the situation, lend out the spare key of the dormitory management office and make a new one.

Borrowing keys is not allowed under the following circumstances:

The appearance doesn't match the photo of the accommodation card, and the names of the dormitory students can't be reported.

The photo of the accommodation card is blurred or not recent, and the information of the ID card or student ID card is inconsistent with that of the accommodation card.

The information filled in when borrowing the key does not match the accommodation card.

Building managers have the right to take back the borrowed keys.

Borrowed keys must not be taken out of the apartment building.
