Announcement on the management measures of entering the campus during the safe Olympic Games

In order to implement the school's work plan for a safe Olympic Games and ensure the school's safety and stability during the Olympic Games, Fucheng Road Campus and Liangxiang Campus will take further management measures. From 6: 00 a.m. on August 1 2008 to 6: 00 a.m. on August 25 (the management measures for entering the campus during the Paralympic Games will be notified separately), all school gates will be verified to enter.

First, all the staff, students and migrant workers who enter the school campus shall enter with the school work permit, student ID card and migrant workers' work permit issued by the school.

Second, the company's employees in school enter with the passes issued by the Enterprise Management Office and the Logistics Management Office.

3. Other personnel who need to enter our school for work should show their work permits and letters of introduction (including media reporters), and can enter the school only after contacting the receptionist and agreeing to register and filling out the reception form. When you leave, give the reception form signed by the receptionist to the doorman for retention.

4. Please ask the teachers and students of the school and the employees of the company to actively cooperate with the doorman to verify and maintain the security and stability of the campus.

5. School security personnel and volunteers for a safe Olympic Games on campus have the right to check the certificates of personnel on campus.

6. Opening hours of teaching area and family area: 7: 00-9: 00 in the morning; At noon11:00-13: 00; 17: 00-265438+ 0: 00 pm.
