(2) When the locomotive is working, it should slowly increase or decrease the throttle according to the operation needs, and it is not allowed to change the throttle suddenly. If the throttle is suddenly increased or decreased, the fuel will burn incompletely, the exhaust will emit black smoke, and the fuel consumption will increase, resulting in carbon deposition, which will not only accelerate the wear of the piston connecting rod group, but also cause the piston and the fuel nozzle to be stuck, the piston ring to stick, and the auxiliary fuel nozzle to be blocked. At the same time, due to the sudden change of speed, the stress of crank-connecting rod mechanism suddenly increases, which is easy to deform the connecting rod and break the crankshaft.
(3) When the tractor is moving from high-grade to low-grade, the accelerator should be lowered in time. Otherwise, although the clutch is separated, it is still difficult to shift gears and it is easy to lose teeth. Therefore, it is necessary to lower the throttle to the idle position, then disengage the clutch to shift gears, and try to use the high gear and small throttle as much as possible to achieve the purpose of reducing fuel consumption.
(4) During field operations such as intertillage, sowing, transplanting, fertilization, spraying and harvesting, the driving speed of tractor group should not be too fast, and it should be carried out according to agronomic requirements. However, due to the large resistance and heavy load in the field, in order to exert the maximum power of the tractor, it is necessary to increase the throttle operation; When turning in the field and lifting farm tools, we should lower the throttle in time to save fuel.
