Introduction to the People's Public Security University of China The People's Public Security University of China is an ordinary institution of higher learning directly under the Ministry of Public Security, a senior police officer college of the Ministry of Public Security, and a national "world-class discipline construction university". Founded in July 1948, the Central Committee held a training course for North China security cadres in Jianping County, Hebei Liberated Area. Pass through North China Public Security Cadre School (1949- 1950), Central Public Security Cadre School (1950- 1953) and Central People's Public Security College (1953- 1959).

Subject major

The school has two first-class disciplines, public security science and public security technology, and four key disciplines in Beijing, such as procedural law, public security science, public security technology and public security engineering and technology, and undertakes the discipline construction tasks of public security science, a world-class discipline, and national security science, a sophisticated discipline in Beijing. There are three first-level disciplines such as law, public security science and public security technology, doctoral and master's degree authorization points, postdoctoral research mobile stations, 15 undergraduate majors, 22 professional directions, and four professional master's degree authorization points such as police, law, electronic information and public security management.
