In order to embody the teaching concept of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, our college has implemented the "Excellent Students and Excellent Training Project". Since 2008, freshmen have been required to register voluntarily, and about 120 outstanding students have been selected to form excellent classes, thus cultivating outstanding students. In excellent training courses, teaching materials are selected separately, senior teachers are equipped, and the rolling dynamic entry and exit incentive mechanism is implemented, and important basic courses such as English and mathematics are intensively trained, which lays a rich foundation for students' further study and development in the future. Excellent training courses have opened up a "fast track" for students with excellent academic performance, and also played a positive "leading" role for all students. In recent years, nearly 70% of the students in the excellent class have taken the postgraduate entrance examination, and the pass rate of Band 4 is 100%.
