1. The Unemployment Certificate is uniformly printed by Tianjin Labor Bureau, which is applicable to graduates with urban hukou in Tianjin and used by enterprises for employment registration of higher vocational graduates. The employment permit is uniformly printed by Tianjin Labor Bureau, which is applicable to graduates with household registration in other provinces and cities, and is used by graduates from other provinces and cities registered by enterprises.

2. After graduating from higher vocational colleges, if it is necessary to apply for the Unemployment Certificate or Employment Certificate, each school can transfer the graduates' files to the Tianjin College Graduates Employment Guidance Center, organize graduates to provide relevant materials and submit them to the Tianjin College Graduates Employment Guidance Center.

3. Graduates with urban hukou in Tianjin are required to provide the Unemployment Certificate to the Center.

The following supporting materials:

(1) Copy of my ID card and account page;

(2) a copy of my diploma or a roster of graduates stamped by the school;

(3) Two one-inch photos of myself.

(4) Handling fee 30 yuan/person.

4. When graduates from other provinces and cities want to stay in Tianjin and need to apply for an employment permit, each school will send the graduate registration card back to the student's place first. After I registered and settled in the local area, I provided the following supporting materials to the center:

(1) A copy of my ID card and the account page of my home country;

(2) a copy of my diploma or a roster of graduates stamped by the school;

(3) Two one-inch photos of myself.

(4) Handling fee 60 yuan/person.

5. Graduates with Tianjin hukou who need to work in other provinces and cities need to provide the following certification materials to the center when handling the employment registration card for migrant workers:

(1) Copy of my ID card and account page;

(2) a copy of my diploma or a roster of graduates stamped by the school;

(3) One-inch photo of myself.

(4) Handling fee 50 yuan/person.
