I. Training objectives

Garden plants and ornamental horticulture are two disciplines under the first-class discipline of forestry. This subject aims at protecting the environment, improving and beautifying the environment, taking plants cultivated and applied in cities, scenic spots and forest parks as the main research objects, comprehensively applying the basic theories of forestry, ecology, aesthetics and environmentology, focusing on the theories and technologies of garden plant germplasm resources and biodiversity, genetic breeding, cultivation physiological ecology, garden planning and design, and providing theoretical support and technology for the development and utilization of garden plant resources, germplasm innovation, garden application and cultivation and maintenance.

Second, the length of study time.

Cultivate senior professionals who meet the needs of China's socialist modernization, develop morally, intellectually and physically, and have excellent academic performance. The specific requirements are:

1.
