College students' volleyball examination standard
College volleyball is one of the ball games and one of the physical examination items. Examination standards are related to rules and volleyball.

Rules:

Technical evaluation and standard entry pass (technical evaluation 50%, standard 50%), two boys pass the ball through the net, two girls pass the ball at a distance of more than 3 meters, and the score is calculated according to volleyball rules and technical action essentials. If there is a combo in the process of holding the ball and passing it, it will be regarded as a foul, and 2 points will be deducted for each foul.

In the process of passing, if the ball hits the ground, the test will be stopped and conducted once. In the process of passing, if the distance does not reach the specified distance, the number of passes is not counted in the cumulative number, and the passing time of two people is unlimited. Finally, the score will be calculated according to the cumulative number of passes of two people, that is, the pass score of each subject.

Scoring standard:

90 points 100 points, full preparation posture, accurate passer, reasonable hitting point, strong ball control ability and stable passing; 80 to 89 points, full preparation posture, accurate passing hand, reasonable hitting point, coordinated action, ball control ability and stable passing; 60 -79 points, full preparation posture, unstable hitting point, uncoordinated movements, ball control ability is not as stable as passing.

A score below 60 indicates failure, lack of preparation posture, poor passing feel, unreasonable hitting point, uncoordinated movements, poor ball control ability and unstable passing.

College students' volleyball practice skills;

1, prepare the posture

The preparation posture is the basis of volleyball technique. In order to move quickly, take off and land in time, it is convenient to complete various movements. When practicing, your feet are left and right, slightly wider than your shoulders, one foot is slightly raised in front of your toes, your heels are slightly raised, your knees keep a certain arc, your upper body leans forward and your center of gravity leans forward, your knees should be perpendicular to your toes, your arms should be relaxed and naturally bent, and your hands should be placed in front of your abdomen.

Step 2 move

Walking is one of the most basic techniques in volleyball. In modern volleyball, walking is the basis of completing other technical movements. Correct movement can keep the reasonable position between the person and the ball, facilitate hitting the ball and quickly occupy a favorable position on the court. From the technical action point of view, it mainly includes two links: starting and braking, and the distance is slightly longer, including the pace and frequency on the way.

Step 3 pass the ball

Frontal two-handed passing is the most basic passing technique in volleyball, so it takes time to practice it repeatedly and lay a good foundation. The left and right feet are about shoulder width, one foot is slightly raised from the front and rear heel, the center of gravity of the knee is slightly bent between the two feet, the upper body leans forward slightly to relax the arms, and looks up at the direction of the ball to catch the ball with a hand shape slightly larger than the hemisphere.
