The Ministry of Education announced the new version of the Regulations on the Management of College Students, abolishing the old rule that college students need the consent of the school to get married. 1, materials needed to get a marriage certificate

With the promulgation of the new civil code, couples now only need to bring three kinds of certificates, namely, ID card and household registration book, plus three two-inch marriage registration photos.

2. Five conditions for marriage.

Newcomers who want to get married must first meet the following five legal marriage conditions:

3. Marriage registration procedures

(1) Both women carry certificates, and the marriage registration office of the civil affairs bureau where the newly registered party is located fills in the marriage registration statement according to the printed form, signs or agrees, and then submits the application form and various certificates.

(2) Civil Affairs Bureau staff review the application.

(3) After approval, the Civil Affairs Bureau will issue two marriage certificates; If it is passed, the Civil Affairs Bureau will also issue a statement explaining the reasons for not passing.
