University of Science and Technology Beijing is located in Beijing. 1952 was founded by the departments of mining and metallurgy of six famous universities in China, such as Tianjin University and Tsinghua University. Now it has developed into a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education focusing on engineering, science, management, literature, economics and law, and is one of the earliest universities in China to formally establish a graduate school.
