This book is the editor-in-chief of the supporting textbook of Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics (Zhang), a demonstration textbook recommended by the basic course teaching steering committee of the Ministry of Education, and is compiled according to the newly formulated basic teaching requirements of the basic course teaching steering committee.
This book has ten chapters of tutorials. The contents include: random events and probability, conditional probability and independence, one-dimensional random variables and their distribution, multi-dimensional random variables and their distribution, numerical characteristics of random variables, law of large numbers and central limit theorem, some basic concepts of mathematical statistics, parameter estimation, hypothesis testing, variance analysis and regression analysis.
This course material can be used as a synchronous course for undergraduates in agricultural and forestry colleges to learn probability theory and mathematical statistics, as a review guide for students before taking the postgraduate entrance examination, and as a teaching reference book for teachers to teach this course. ?
