Suzhou Centennial Vocational College was founded by Suzhou University of Science and Technology, Centennial College and an education group led by Mr. Lai, an academician of Malaysian Academy of Sciences. It is a local Sino-foreign cooperative vocational college approved by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. The school is located in Dushu Lake Science and Education Innovation Zone of Suzhou Industrial Park, which is known as "Silicon Valley in the West and Huhui Lake in the East".

Historical evolution:
Suzhou Centennial Vocational College is the first Sino-foreign cooperative higher vocational college jointly organized by Suzhou University of Science and Technology and Centennial College, approved by Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and officially put on record by the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was Sipei Vocational College of Science and Technology of Suzhou Port University, which was founded in 2005. It has a history of 14 years.
Professional setting:
There are 22 majors in the college, five of which are connected with Canadian Centennial College, and "four pairs" (double admission, double enrollment, double training and double diploma) are implemented. Students who have obtained a college diploma and meet the requirements can go to Canada Centennial College or related universities of the League of Nations to receive undergraduate courses.
