Units that settle in an incubator base or a pioneer park shall meet the following basic conditions:

6. The roster of recruiters of resident units and the labor contract or trainee contract (stamped with the official seal of the enterprise);

7, college graduates business incubator base (College Students Pioneer Park) entity data monthly statistics (stamped with the official seal of the enterprise);

8. Annual tax payment certification materials of resident units;

9. Application Form for Exit of Resident Offices.

Handler:

1. The unit applying to settle in the incubator base or pioneer park shall apply to the incubator base or pioneer park to be settled, and the incubator base or pioneer park shall submit the required materials to the talent center;

2 talent center after the audit, the incubation base or business park and the settled unit signed a settlement agreement.

3. Units stationed in Qingdao shall enjoy the relevant policies on employment practice of college graduates, and the specific provisions shall be implemented in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Employment Practice and Training Bases for College Graduates (Trial) issued by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (No.10);

4. The settled entity enjoys the one-time rent subsidy provided by its district.
