Night experiments must be approved by the head of the laboratory and the instructor. For laboratories without an open plan, the safety measures such as closing windows, locking doors, turning off water, electricity and gas shall be ensured in strict accordance with the management requirements of "four customs, one inspection and one letter", and seals shall be affixed after comprehensive inspection and confirmation of safety.
